Getting started
Before setup, contact the customer success team at AltExchange to request the integration be enabled for your firm.
Admin setup: Connect AltExchange to Addepar
Go to your AltExchange AdvisorVue account, click Enable Addepar, and authorize the connection for your firm.
Advisor setup: Select clients and investments
After enabling the integration, advisors will be prompted to select which clients and investments should sync to Addepar the next time they sign in to AltExchange.
Sync the data as needed
From now on, any administrator can sync clients’ alternatives data to Addepar from Exports in AltExchange.
Is there a limit to how many assets I can sync from AltExchange to Addepar?
There is no limit to the number of assets, the number of clients (LPs), or the number of investment entities that can sync from AltExchange to Addepar.
What does the integration onboarding process look like?
After setting up an AltExchange account, you’ll be connected to a member of their customer success team to discuss the integration setup and any possible fees or onboarding details. They will remain your main point of contact during and after the integration setup is complete.
