To set up this integration, follow the instructions below and have your credentials ready. If you need help, contact Addepar support.

Before you begin, ensure you have an Appraisal Bureau account with administrator permissions and an active Addepar environment. Reach out to Addepar Support to request the AB attribute and view.
Navigate to integrations
From the left navigation menu in Appraisal Bureau, click Integrations.
Connect to Addepar
Click 'Connect to Addepar' and on the next screen enter your Addepar credentials.
Select your Addepar entity
Select your Addepar entity or create one directly on Appraisal Bureau.
Select your Appraisal Bureau workspaces
Select which Appraisal Bureau workspace(s) you want to sync to Addepar.
Daily and On Demand sync
Once connected, the sync will run daily to update total artworks and valuation. You can also run an On Demand sync anytime.
Disconnect
To disconnect, click 'Disconnect' in Appraisal Bureau.
Who can see my art collection data in Addepar?
You control access. Only users with permission to view the connected Addepar entity will see the aggregate art collection valuation. Individual artwork details, images, provenance, and other confidential collection information remain securely within Appraisal Bureau.
What data is shared with Addepar?
The integration transfers aggregate collection valuation data by collecting medium (e.g. Paintings, Sculptures, Photography) so advisors can view art alongside other assets. Individual artwork-level data is not shared.
How are valuations kept up to date?
Collection values are updated through Appraisal Bureau's recurring valuation service. Once a new valuation is completed, the latest aggregate values are synchronized daily or on demand to Addepar, ensuring reporting reflects current appraised values.
Can I disconnect the integration at any time?
Yes. The integration can be disconnected at any time from the Integrations section within Appraisal Bureau. Disconnecting stops future synchronization while preserving your collection data securely within the Appraisal Bureau platform.
