Who are the primary target users of Dorsum’s Wealth Portal?
Our customers include wealth management companies and IFAs. Typical users of the Portal from customer’s side are advisors, wealth managers, IFAs, HNWIs, and investors.
Do I get a general Dorsum branded Wealth Portal or a customized own branded product?
We always provide a fully own branded Wealth Portal according to your Brand Book and exact guidelines. We believe in the power of your brand, brand consistency and differentiation.
Does this Portal have its own database?
No, the Portal connects to your current Portfolio Management System (Addepar) and displays the data using an easy-to-read UI.
How detailed are portfolio overviews? What type of information is available there?
Through the portal, clients can also access analysis, graphic visualization and reports on the performance and transactions of their portfolio, broken down by sub-portfolio, asset class, currency, and a range of other filters. The groupings are dynamic, and users can also view the specific items and instruments within them. The clients can also access a list of their cash and securities transactions from multiple angles.
Do you offer document handling?
Yes. The Portal offers an organized database for digitally managing financial plans, reports, statements and other client documents. Open, download or print documents from a secure storage and share all important documents with your clients vie the Portal.
Can the Portal showcase Insights & news?
Yes. Wealth Portal keeps your clients engaged with our Insights & News module, so there’s always something to talk about when you finally meet. Provide updates, news articles and educational content to your clients in the form of articles, videos and media files.
Do you offer secure messaging for clients & advisors?
Yes. Dorsum’s Wealth Portal offers secure messaging between Wealth Managers and clients. Two-way real-time client engagement & file sharing, available 24/7, so both sides can reply whenever it’s convenient.
