Pontera integrates with Addepar to enable performance reporting and automated fee billing for held-away accounts. Using daily file delivery, Pontera sends balances, positions, transactions, securities, and pricing data so advisors can run reporting and billing within Addepar.

Connect with a representative
Request the Addepar data feed from your Pontera representative.
Authorize Data Transmission
Sign the data rider from Pontera to authorize the transmission of data to Addepar.
Feed setup
Pontera and Addepar establish the feed in the background.
Connect accounts and start syncing data
Once accounts are connected to Pontera, the data will be reflected in Addepar within 1 week. If you have any issues with the data, please contact support@pontera.com or your Addepar representative to inquire about the feed.
What data is sent from Pontera to Addepar?
Pontera sends daily files to Addepar via SFTP for the purposes of performance reporting and billing on held-away accounts. The files contain data on account balances, positions, transactions, securities, and pricing. Non-managed accounts in Pontera are not sent to Addepar.
When does Pontera send data to Addepar?
Pontera sends data to Addepar 4x a day at 7am, 12pm, 4pm, and 6pm ET. The data reflects the previous business day’s account balances.
